This publication resource is Paul S. Anderson’s 148-page book, “Fundamentos para Fotointerpretacao” (Fundamentals for Photo-Interpretation), which was written in Brazil in Portuguese for university-level and professional education. While the book does not have an equivalent publication in English, some chapters were translated (with permission) for English-language publications written by Dutch-speaking specialists from the ITC in the Netherlands. This book may be freely copied and reproduced in whole or in part, with the only requirement being the citation of the book as the source document.

Note: This document is a PDF file produced by optically scanning a paper copy. Since it is not derived from a native word-processing format, pages may appear slightly out-of-alignment. In addition, traces of copy (text and images) may appear as “ghosting” from opposite and reverse pages. This is the best copy we can provide at this time.
